HOW DO I REGISTER?
Only if you have never registered and you’re not already our customer, click on Log in at the top right and then on the Create Account button.
Fill the form by entering all the data, and pay attention when filling in the field related to the VAT number, to also enter the letters EN/DE/ES/FR in front of the number. If the tax code and VAT number match, you do not need to fill in the field related to the tax code. Now enter your email and password: keep them, you will need them to be able to access your account again!
HOW DO I BUY?
Once registered, you can log in your account and place an order. Select the products you are interested in and choose the quantity you want, then check the cart to see the order summary. Once you have completed the 4 checkout steps, you will be redirected to the PayPal page, where you can pay.
HOW DO I SEARCH A PRODUCT?
You can search the products in the Catalog category you are interested in. There you will see all the available items: you can scroll them or apply some filters simply by checking one or more parameters which are listed on the left of the page. If you know the technical features of the product, you can also quickly type them in the appropriate search bar located at the top of the page.
HOW DO I MODIFY THE QUANTITY IN THE CART?
In the CarT you’ll find a summary of the selected items, there you can change the quantity of each product. Pay attention: after have done all the changes, click on Update to update the prices.
CAN I CHOOSE A DIFFERENT SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Yes, you can. During the checkout you can specify a different shipping address for the delivery of your goods.
CAN I COME TO PICK UP THE GOODS?
To optimize the management of this process and to offer you the most competitive price, shipping will always be handled by us.
CHOW DO I ADD A CARD TO MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT?
You can add more than one card to your PayPal account but, for your security, a card can only link to one PayPal account at a time.
To add your card, sign into your PayPal account. Go to Profile and click Add/Edit Credit Card. Select the card type, enter the required details and click Save. You're all done!
I’VE TRIED TO REGISTER BUT I CAN’T PLACE AN ORDER: WHAT CAN I DO?
If you have problems in ordering, maybe the registration process wasn’t carried out correctly. Common mistakes:
- You don’t have enter the letters DE/ES/FR before the VAT Number.
- You have registered but you were already our customer, so as the system can’t accept the same VAT Number twice, you can’t order. Contact us and we will give you the email address and the password of your previous account.
CAN I ORDER LESS THAN 25 PIECES?
We're sorry but you can’t. In order to offer our products at the cheapest price, our logistics doesn’t allow an order lower than 25 pieces.
HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
Our return policy allows you to change your mind about the purchase and return the item, without explain the reason, until the end of 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of delivery, unless the right of withdrawal is excluded from the applicable legislation. To make the return, follow the instructions on the page Return an item.
