TUBULAR OR PANELS BIG BAGS

THERE ARE TWO TYPES OF CONSTRUCTION IN BIG BAGS: TUBULAR AND PANELS. DO YOU KNOW THE DIFFERENCE?

Tubular big bags are more affordable because they present just one seam on the bottom, but due to their cilindric shape the load volume decreases. Big bags panels allow an optimization of spaces during transport and storage phases, especially if they are no-spread big bags, feature the help the big bag in keeping its typical shape of parallelepiped.

BIG BAG PANELS

Saccheria Franceschetti S.p.A,'s flexible big bags consitute a safe, modern and affordable system for the manoeuvring and storage of granulated or powdered materials. They are manufactured in polypropylene and the many variants available satisfy a wide range of Client requirements. The experience gained in manufacturing packaging for a number of different uses (plastics, foodstuffs, minerals, chemical...) has enabled us to develop products aimed at solving specific problems:

• Adequate guaranteed waterproof properties (lamination and/or liners in LDPE/HDPE/ALUMINIUM BARRIER);
• Dust-proof seams for powdered goods
• Total bottom opening and remote opening for products that compact and do not flow;
• anti-static type "B" big bags;
• conductive type "C" big bags for use in environments with fire/explosion hazards;
• no-spread big bags for light/fluid products and for savings on transportation costs.

TUBULAR BIG BAGS

As a variant to traditional big bags for specific bagging operations (with pressing) Saccheria F.lli Franceschetti S.p.A. produces circular big bags, which thanks to their tubular fabric, allow the homogeneous distribution of pressure on the walls, thus facilitating the compacting of the contents.

For this product type the range also includes models with:

• Dust proof seams for powder products;
• Guaranteed adequate waterproof properties (laminatio and/or liners in LDPE, HDPE, ALUMINIUM BARRIER).
